| Scholastic to Donate 1 Million Books to Sandy Relief Scholastic has announced that it will donate 1 million books to schools and libraries hard hit by superstorm Sandy. YUP Creates POD Program for Out-of-Print Titles Yale University Press has launched a print on demand program for its art and architecture titles, featuring 140 out of print books originally published by the Metropolitan Museum. The scholarly press will be adding to the collection, beginning with other titles from its art and architecture program. YUP said it will also be looking to work with other publishers it partners with, to bring their works, on other topics, into the program. more » Maggie Shipstead has won the £30,000 University of Wales Dylan Thomas Prize for her debut novel, Seating Arrangements, published in June by Knopf.
