Chris Kyle Hits #1; Morrow Meeting About New Book Hours after Chris Kyle was killed over the weekend, his book American Sniper went to both #1 (mass market) and #3 (hardcover) on Amazon. It also reached #3 on the Kindle bestseller chart. Publisher Morrow was scheduled to release Kyle's second book, American Gun, in May but the company said it is planning to meet this week to discuss what changes it may make to its publication plans. more » Jordan Leaving Columbia U Press James Jordan is retiring from Columbia University Press.
