Rachael Ray Gets Atria Imprint
After signing Rachael Ray away from Clarkson Potter in 2010, Atria Publishing has given the bestselling cookbook author her own imprint, Rachael Ray Books. The new imprint will publish two to three books annually "from people Ray has met and wishes to mentor," according to the Atria release. First two books will come out this fall. more »
Judge Sets Date for Apple, Amazon Discovery Hearing
As Apple continues to move ahead to defend itself against the Department of Justice's e-book price-fixing lawsuit, the company has asked Judge Denise Cote to step in to resolve a "discovery dispute" with Amazon. To resolve the issue, Cote set a teleconference for lawyers for both companies on February 26. more »
